  1. How long is shipping?
    Normal delivery time is about 10-12 days from purchase. We are a small company and if you need us to ship something faster (birthday, holiday, etc.) let us know and we will try do everything we can to help.

  2. Are there any extra fees?
    No, the price you see is the price you pay for delivery to your home or business!

  3. Do you ship to (insert ANY city, state)?
    All states except CA and TX.

  4. Is shipping included?
    Yes, however please read #2 above.

  5. Can you ship to my house?
    Yes, there is no additional charge for a residential delivery.

  6. Is there a warranty?
    Yes, all of our ATVs, Dirt Bikes, Scooters, and Go-Karts come with a 12 month engine warranty, plus a 90 day manufacturer defective parts warranty. At time of purchase you have the option to add a ROCK SOLID SERVICE PLAN. With extended parts warranty options. Read more about our warranty for more details.

  7. Where can we get parts?
    You can purchase parts directly from us here.

  8. What assembly is required?
    The units are completely assembled in the factory and fully tested. Wheels, Battery and handle bars are removed after testing. Item will be shipped in a crate, to assemble, put the above items back on. For safety precautions, be sure to check and tighten all nuts and bolts prior to use. Be sure to change your engine oil prior to use and check for appropriate engine fluid levels to ensure your vehicle is operating under the recommended conditions prior to use, any additional questions, please check out our DOWNLOADS section or contact our tech support.

  9. How can you offer your stuff so much lower than everyone else?
    We work off a very simple model - make just a little bit on thousands of orders. We make our profit - you get a great price.

  10. How do I make layaway payments?
    Once you have established your layaway account (choose layaway when placing your order), you may return to our site anytime and make additional payments until your purchase is paid in full. To make payments, visit the layaway page and login.

  11. I've ordered an ATV to be delivered to my house. Will this delivery be scheduled in advance and will I need to be home at the time of the delivery?
    Our freight company will call you the day before to schedule the delivery with you. Someone will need to be there to sign for the shipment.

  12. Do I get a receipt?
    Of course, after you place your order, it will tell you "Order Completed", process you an order number and email you a confirmation receipt.
