- How long is shipping?
Delivery is 7-10 days from purchase. Average delivery is 6 days. We are a small company and if you need us to ship something faster (birthday, holiday, etc.) let us know and we will try do everything we can to help.
- Are there any extra fees?
No, none except if you need Rush Shipping.
- When do you charge my credit card?
When you order, we will Authorize your card - warning the credit card company that you are buying something (and make sure you have the money to pay for it). When your order is placed on the truck, we will charge your card and collect the money.
- Do you ship to (insert ANY city, state)?
Yes, within continental US only.
- Is shipping included?
Yes, however please read #2 above.
- Can you ship to my house?
Yes, there is no additional charge for a residential delivery.
- Can I pick it up?
Depends, we only stock some of our inventory here in Indianapolis, so you can call and see where it will be shipping from. All others must be delivered from the other warehouses.
- Is it cheaper if I pick it up?
It’s not any cheaper, but we will have it fully assembled and ready if you like.
- Is there a warranty?
Yes, all of our ATVs, Dirt Bikes, Scooters, and Go-Karts come with a 12 month engine warranty, plus a 90 day manufacturer defective parts warranty. At time of purchase you have the option to add an extended parts With extended warranty options. Read more about our warranty for more details.
- Where can we get parts?
You can purchase parts directly from us.
- What assembly is required?
Straighten out handle bars, install battery, connect battery leads, attach wheels - add gas and go!
- How can you offer your stuff so much lower than everyone else?
We work off a very simple model - make just a little bit on thousands of orders.
We make our profit - you get a great price.
- How do I make layaway payments?
Once you have established your layaway account (choose layaway when placing your order), you may return to our site anytime and make additional payments until your purchase is paid in full. To make payments, visit the layaway page and login.
- I've ordered an ATV to be delivered to my house. Will this delivery be scheduled in advance and will I need to be home at the time of the delivery?
Our freight company will call you the day before to schedule the delivery with you. Someone will need to be there to sign for the shipment. Also, no worries or trouble, it is delivered on a liftgate truck so no work is required from you.
